I am sure your inbox has been flooded with ERC spam. My approach from the beginning has been to work directly with CPA's in claiming these funds. Rather than going to the client. Also providing full audit defense, so all work and liability is outsourced.

As I am sure you are aware there have been many warnings against the credit this year culminating with the moratorium effective September 14th:
Given our open API with the IRS, we have been given permission to continue to file on behalf of our clients.
We are also in full support of this stoppage. The only issue we have with it, is it should have happened sooner.
